Preparation

Recommended: armor, healing and a plan to cover the operator interacting with terminals or climbing the tower.

Step by step

1. Reach DBN Headquarters and hack the drone-control laptop to obtain the first code segment.
2. Follow the second-segment marker to Hotel Lucera and retrieve the next part.
3. Return to the DBN laptop and use the interaction to compile both segments.
4. Start the antenna upload and defend it until the progress finishes.
5. Climb the indicated radio tower and perform the final broadcast interaction. Wait for the mission-complete confirmation.

Watch out

Do not leave after the upload completes: the broadcast is a separate final step. Map lines are not a safe climbing route.
