Step by step

1. Finish five Dynamic Ops and record completed operations, not just activated phones or unfinished attempts.
2. Use Random Mission Deploy in the Story Missions menu, then complete the mission it assigns. Check this order after the result is credited.

Watch out

Random deployment availability and current requirements must be checked in your game menu. Do not substitute normal Free Roam.
