Step by step

1. Enter NuriGO Mall and check the location objective before continuing toward City Hall.
2. Find City Hall using the current objective information. Do not confuse the named building with the entire mall area.
3. Search City Hall’s second floor for Financial Ledger Fragments, take the named item and extract successfully while retaining it.

Watch out

Picking up the fragments completes only part of the final action. Do not sell, discard or leave them behind before extraction.
